Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it,
  • It must be in the original packaging, &
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items are not eligible for return including:

  • gift cards,
  • sale or clearance items (if notified at point of sale)
  • personalised or custom-made items, &
  • household items like mugs, cups or drink bottles that have been used.

The exception to this is if they are faulty, damaged or not as described upon receipt of goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the shipping costs to return the item is the customers responsibility.

Exchanges

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and the costs to ship the replacement item. In this event, please make contact with Reflections by design with details and photos of the issue to organise next steps.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Reflections by Design at ReflectionsbydesignOZ@live.com with all the details of the original sale, the issue and photos to verify.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Send your item to the provided return address.

Items sent back without following this process may not be accepted.

Late or missing refunds

If you have followed all of the above and haven't received a refund yet,

*Check your bank account again and contact your credit card provider (processing times vary).
